This machine was configured with Calibration , finishing roller and then an electronic sectional pad
- Twin Contact roller and 1 Single Electronic sectional pad
- Working Width Maximum - 1350

- Sanding belts -Length 2620mm
- 1st Head – Steel Contact roller – 20HP
- 2nd Head – Rubber coated Contact roller
- 3rd Head – Electronic sectionalized pad with 48 sections. (Pressure controlled through controller)
- 2nd & 3rd Head – 25HP Main motor
- Air jet belts cleaners for all sanding heads (With timer to prevent air waste)
- Self-centering of sanding belts with Casolin exclusive “Eco Gear System” Casolin patent)
- Vacuum feed mat
- Sanding heads all with fast acting brakes
- Rubber coated pressure rollers through machine
- Electronic digital readout for table height
- Special safety bar to prevent oversize work thickness parts being sanded
- “Check” control panel for quick thickness adjustment & automatic workpiece thickness positioning
