This fantastic unique machine produced by Otto MARTIN Germany will Profile/Mould as well as dress your work-pieces. Ideal for jobs such as D4, Architrave, Dowels, Decking etc.
Thicknessing planer T45 Contour from Martin with Tersa knives x 4 plus 2 x Serrated steel knife holders for profiling possibilities.
- Planning width max. 630mm
- Planning height electrically adjustable from 2,8 to 300mm, reading by digital display in 1/10mm accuracy, with positioning
control
- In the control there is also the possibility of the incremental adjustment, i.e. one can store e.g. there 1mm and then change the
planning height by 1mm each time by repeated pressing of the START button without changing the absolute values each time
a new, furthermore 99 fixed values can be stored as a program.
- Reinforced drive motor 11kW with automatic motor brake. Large 15HP motor
- 4-knife Tersa shaft with two additional grooves for back-toothed profile knives, maximum profile depth 15,5mm
used as a normal thickness planer.
- For profiling, the profile knives are then inserted into the two grooves and profiling can then be carried out.
- Feed speed infinitely variable from 5 - 25 m/min via frequency converter
- Rubberized infeed roller and two rubberized outfeed rollers
